If you experience any problems
with your order, delivery or are unhappy with our service please contact us
first and we will endeavour to sort it out promptly.

We offer combined postage and will refund
you if you have made multiply purchases from my store and have not realised
this.
· We offer local
pick ups by the buyer and can offer delivery in some instances.
· All parcels items
sent within Australian are using EBay flat rate postage unless stated.
· If you change your mind or don't
want the item anymore, returns are welcome. Please be aware you will be
charged to return the item and any cost incurred by us to send wether the
item is free postage or not. If you choose to resell it we can supply
images and copy if needed.

described after rigorous inspection; any defects will be noted in the
listing. If by some chance we have overlooked something please contact us
before leaving feedback and we will gladly sort out any issues you have. We
are honest sellers and we will look after our customers. We cover
postal insurance for all breakages and items over 100 diopllars in value.
